Package Your Items
Place the products in their original packaging, ensuring all labels are intact and the gear is securely wrapped to prevent damage during transit.
Print & Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off & Track
Take your package to any authorized drop-off point and keep your tracking receipt until your refund or exchange has been processed.
